After going to the effort of having staff and Managers participate in a 360 Degree Feedback program it is important to get the most from the results. For this reason Profiles International have placed a great deal of emphasis on the reports and the content to make sure you and your managers get real benefit.

The reports include a numbers of sections that go from a quick look summary to specific answers to the survey to lend credibility to the process. The respondents are however kept anonymous to allow them to state their true opinion.

Most important in the report is the area showing a summary of where the Manager's strengths are and where the areas for development are required. While the report does include recommendations for the Manager to improve themselves we do recommend follow up training with our SkillBuilder program.

Here we have provided some snapshots of the reports to give you an idea of the content:

The first step in delivering feedback is to gain the Managers trust and have them accept the results as an accurate picture of himself. For this reason always start with the positive aspects, get "buy in" that these are their strengths and have them agree the report is describing them.

Now that we have "buy in" we move to the areas for development. At this point don't dwell too long on them as you need to dive into the report. In the report we move to a detailed breakdown of each area, how they scored and provide a well supported basis for the areas we have highlighted for development.

We provide the Manager with an overall snapshot of where they have strengths and weaknesses best shown by the wheel diagram. From here we move to the individual skill sets and questions.

The first area shows a breakdown of one of the 8 main catagories without the 18 skill sets.
